时获取的细胞死亡率超过预定阈值时,系统自动停止微波辐射,净化结束。 整个电路以 STC12C5A60S2 单片机为控制核心,主要包含温度采集模块、 串口通信模块、开关模块等八个部分。
(4)完成了系统的软硬件集成和整机测试。测试结果表明:本文研 发的基于模式识别的微波辐射自体外周血干细胞体外净化系统运行稳定, 功能完整,达到了预期研究目标。

THE RESEARCH ON THE IN VITRO PURIFICATION SYSTEM OF AUTOLOGOUS PERIPHERAL BLOOD STEM CELLS WITH MICROWAVE RADIATION BASED ON CELL PATTERN RECOGNITION
ABSTRACT
Among cancer patients, the mortality rate of leukemia has ranked in the top. And it is one of the major human life killers. In recent years, it has focused wide attention on purification technology in vitro of autologous peripheral blood with microwave radiation in the treatment of leukemia people for its convenience, safety and low prices. However, it has a high recurrence rate. The main reason is that the temperature and time of microwave radiation can’t be controlled to ensure killing the leukemia cells effectively and protecting the normal cells at a minimum degree of injury. This paper develops a in vitro purification system of autologous peripheral blood stem cells with microwave radiation based on cell pattern recognition and automatic control theory. The paper’s main work shows as follows:
First, the overall system program has been completed. This system is mainly composed of two parts: the software system and the hardware system. With the basis of comprehensive study on the characteristics of the related image processing algorithms, the image processing algorithms for system

Second, according to the obvious difference of brightness and morphological between leukemia cells’ active state and death status, a new leukemia cell death recognition method was studied based on the luminance difference between cell membrane and background.
