我国丝绸行业出口贸易可持续发展研究 ————以竞争力为视角 摘　要 现在我国已经成为丝绸生产大国和贸易大国，但并没有成为丝绸强国。这主要源于在国际市场上我国丝绸产品的竞争力不足。我国丝绸行业要想可持续发展就必须提高出口竞争力。而我国丝绸行业的出口贸易的竞争力主要受到国内因素和国际因素的影响。由于国内丝绸产业链较长，涉及农工贸几大产业，必须从全局出发考虑丝绸的可持续发展。在科技水平低、人才匮乏和企业管理水平低下的情况下，丝绸行业的可持续发展道路受到重重阻碍。我国丝绸生产技术设备较落后，更新改造速度慢，没有取得重大的关键技术突破。资本投入方面也明显不足，尤其是对技术创新这一方面的技术投入比较欠缺。同时国内的丝绸企业以中小型企业为主，没有自主的世界知名的自主品牌，深加工部分的价值并没有完全取得。再加上国外同行业的竞争，以及贸易摩擦和贸易壁垒的阻碍，我国丝绸行业的发展更是步履维艰。本文研究了我国丝绸产业的现状，分析了丝绸主要产品出口情况，并通过与意大利和印度的行业情况进行对比来更加清晰地认识到我国丝绸在国际上所处的位置，从竞争力的视角来研究我国丝绸出口贸易的可持续发展所涉及到的问题以及解决对策。 关 键 词：丝绸行业，出口贸易，可持续发展，竞争力 STUDY ON THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF SILK INDUSTRY EXPORT TRADE IN CHINA -----------FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF COMPETITIVENESS ABSTRACT Now China has become the silk producer and trading power, but did not become a silk power. This is mainly comes from the lack of our silk products competitiveness in the international market. We must improve the export competitiveness to keep sustainable development of our silk industry.
