刹车保持架冲压成形工艺及模具设计
摘要
在模具成型的金属制品中,有很大一部分是作为功能结构件的。金属功能结构件主要保证足够的机械强度和准确的装配尺寸,对其他要求不高。同样,该刹车保持架要求既要保证强度也要尽量节省材料,以及保证与装配有关的平面度和折弯垂直度。本设计涉及产品造型、材料、冲压工艺及分析、 模具设计等方面,最主要的是冲压工艺分析与模具设计。
工艺分析方面依靠DYNAFORM的有限元模拟平台进行分析,该软件采用显式动力为主、隐式为辅的有限元分析程序,能够真实模拟板料成形中各种复杂问题。后处理器通过CAD技术生成形象的图形输出,可直观地动态显示各种分析结果。
模具结构设计方面,根据工艺模拟分析的结果,在满足制件使用要求情况下,力求使模具的结构简单,生产效率高,材耗少成本低,操作安全。此零件为大批量生产,在设计中还特别进行了强度、刚度等校核,确保模具寿命达到技术要求。图纸设计严格按照机械制图的相关标准,保证每个零件的尺寸都能准确无误地表达出来。

Brake maintains a stamping forming technology and die design
ABSTRACT
Among the metal products formed by molding , there is a great part of functional accessoys. The metal sufficient parts have to ensure adequate mechanical strength and accurate measurements of the assembly and they are not strict with other requirements. Likewise, the brake cage is required to ensure the strength and save materials so that assure the surface and vertical degree.This product design concudes material, craft and analysis of the ram and die design. The most important is the ram process analysis and die design. Process depends on the finite element analysis simulation software dynaform and relying on the finite element analysis of the program, it can impersonate all kinds of complicated problems in sheeting forming. Through the cad technology generation of outputs, it can show the analysis of various results dynamically after processing. Die design pursues simple structure, high efficiency and less costs according to the analysis process. The parts is required to mass production,so the life of mold have to conform to requirements,especially in the design of the strength and stiffness. All drawings are finished according to relevant standards of strict mechanical drawing, and the size of each parts can be expressed perfectly
