Methods the ultrasonographic features of 89 cases of thyroid nodules proved by operation and pathology were analyzed by two-dimensional ultrasound. The two results were seen in thyroid nodules, 39 cases of nodular goiter, 50 cases of thyroid adenoma, preoperative correct diagnosis of nodular goiter in 3 cases, accounting for 7.69%, misdiagnosed as thyroid adenoma in 36 cases, accounting for 92.31%, the correct diagnosis of thyroid adenoma in 48 cases, accounting for 96%, 2 cases were misdiagnosed as nodular goiter swollen, accounted for 4%. Conclusion nodular goiter is easy to be misdiagnosed as thyroid adenoma.
