Abstract:

TheaimofthisstudyistoexploreRBAP48asatargetforreversingplatinum-baseddrugresistanceinlungcancer,andtostudyitsmechanismofaction,providingatheoreticalbasisforclinicalapplication.

Firstly,throughliteratureresearchandexperimentalanalysis,itwasdiscoveredthatRBAP48playsanimportantroleinplatinum-baseddrugresistanceoflungcancer.Then,wewilldesignandsynthesizesmallmoleculecompoundsthattargetRBAP48andscreenthemthroughcellexperiments.Furthermore,byusingWesternblottingandreal-timefluorescencequantitativePCRandothertechnologies,theeffectsofRBAP48andrelatedsignalingpathwayswillbeanalyzedtoelucidateitsmechanismofactioninplatinum-baseddrugresistanceoflungcancer.Finally,theeffectivenessandsafetyofthedrugwillbeverifiedthroughanimalinvivoexperiments,layingthefoundationforitsclinicalapplication.

ThisstudyisexpectedtodeepentheunderstandingofthemechanismofactionofRBAP48inplatinum-baseddrugresistanceoflungcancerandthedevelopmentoftargeteddrugs,providingnewideasanddirectionsforlungcancertreatment.
