凉血健脾冲剂治疗单纯型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效观察的中期报告 摘要：目的：观察凉血健脾冲剂治疗单纯型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效；方法：选取2019年1月至2020年1月在我院就诊的44例单纯型过敏性紫癜患者为研究对象，所有患者均接受凉血健脾冲剂治疗。记录患者治疗前和治疗后的总体临床疗效、症状缓解和复发情况，并统计不良反应发生情况；结果：44例患者中，治疗前37例患者存在皮肤瘙痒、斑丘疹、淤血性瘀斑等症状，治疗后33例患者的临床症状显著缓解；治疗前7例患者的疾病已经进入缓解期，治疗后未出现复发。总有效率达到80.36%。未出现严重不良反应；结论：凉血健脾冲剂作为一种中药复方，在治疗单纯型过敏性紫癜中具有良好的疗效，且不良反应较少。但该研究具有局限性，尚需进一步开展进一步研究和观察。 关键词：凉血健脾冲剂；单纯型过敏性紫癜；临床疗效；中药复方 中文摘要：该研究旨在评估凉血健脾冲剂治疗单纯型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。共选取44例单纯型过敏性紫癜患者为研究对象，所有患者均接受凉血健脾冲剂治疗。结果显示，经过治疗后，总有效率为80.36%。该研究表明，凉血健脾冲剂在治疗单纯型过敏性紫癜中具有良好的疗效，并且不良反应较少。然而，该研究还需要进一步评估其长期疗效和安全性。 Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of cooling-blood and invigorating-spleen decoction in the treatment of simple allergic purpura. Methods: Forty-four patients with simple allergic purpura who visited our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and all patients received treatment with cooling-blood and invigorating-spleen decoction. The overall clinical efficacy, symptom relief and recurrence before and after treatment were recorded, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed. Results: among the 44 patients, 37 patients had symptoms of skin itching, urticaria, congestion and ecchymosis before treatment, and the clinical symptoms of 33 patients were significantly relieved after treatment; seven patients had entered the remission stage before treatment, and no recurrence occurred after treatment. The total effective rate was 80.36%. No serious adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion: As a Chinese herbal compound, cooling-blood and invigorating-spleen decoction has good curative effect in the treatment of simple allergic purpura and fewer adverse reactions. However, this study has limitations and further research and observation are needed.
