川芎嗪-香草酸对实验性脑缺血的保护作用研究及机制初探的中期报告 中文摘要: 目的:研究川芎嗪-香草酸对实验性脑缺血的保护作用及其可能的机制。 方法:使用大鼠脑缺血模型,分别给予川芎嗪-香草酸、对照剂和生理盐水,观察各组动物脑组织的缺血面积、神经元形态学和炎症因子表达等指标。 结果:川芎嗪-香草酸组在缺血后的缺血面积显著减小,神经元形态学损伤程度也明显减轻,炎症因子表达也明显下降,与对照剂组和生理盐水组相比均有显著差别。 结论:川芎嗪-香草酸对实验性脑缺血具有一定的保护作用,其可能机制可能与减轻炎症反应有关。 英文摘要: Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort and Ferulic Acid (LCFA) on experimental cerebral ischemia and its possible mechanism. Methods: A rat model of cerebral ischemia was used. The animals were given LCFA, control drug, or physiological saline respectively. The ischemic area, neuronal morphology, and expression of inflammatory factors in the brain tissues of each group were observed. Results: The LCFA group showed a significant decrease in the ischemic area after ischemia, a significant reduction in the degree of neuronal morphology damage, and a significant decrease in the expression of inflammatory factors. There were significant differences compared with the control drug group and physiological saline group. Conclusion: LCFA has a certain protective effect on experimental cerebral ischemia, and its possible mechanism may be related to reducing inflammatory reactions.
