PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I PAGE PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 22 河南理工大学万方科技学院本科生毕业论文(设计) 房屋建筑工程质量控制探析 院系名称 建筑与测绘工程系 姓　　名 学　　号 专　　业 土木工程 指导教师 2013年4月6日 PAGE II 摘　要 “百年大计，质量第一”是我国建设工程一贯坚持的方针。确保建筑工程质量是工程设计、施工、监理工作中永恒的主题。高质量的工程不仅给投资方、社会带来了潜在的效益，而且也将给建设企业带来良好的信誉，从而增强企业的竞争能力。其质量的优劣不但关系到工程的适用性，而且还关系到人民生命财产安全和社会安定。质量管理作为工程施工管理的关键和核心，是增强我国建筑企业核心竞争力的主要环节；更加之近些年来，我国多次遭受百年不遇的地质灾害，以及“楼歪歪”“楼脆脆”等现象，使人们把目光更集中的关注到房屋建筑工程的质量问题上来；这些因素都促使科研人员和实际管理人员从理论和实践方面越来越重视对房屋建筑工程项目的质量管理和控制。 本文首先阐述了质量和质量管理的有关理论知识，在国内外学者对质量研究的基础上，结合国内目前的实际情况，构件了新的质量管理的程序。通过对工程项目建设的实证分析，总结归纳出工程项目中影响质量管理的各种因素，并基于全面质量管理理论，包括质量策划、质量保证和控制、质量改进等方面来强化项目全过程的质量管理，把质量管理的重点从事后的检查，转移到事前策划和过程控制上来，从而确保房屋建筑工程项目各项质量控制措施顺利施行。最后通过对给出的具体工程说明该方法的具体步骤和有效性，并结合前人的成果提出解决问题的对策，真正将质量管理方法有效应用到房屋建筑工程项目管理的实践中去。 关键词：房屋建筑工程；质量管理；质量控制?MACROBUTTON NoMacro [Click and type abstract text here.] Abstract “One hundred plans, quality first” is our country construction project has always adhere to the guideline.
