基于Petri 网仿真的批处理过程动态调度

摘要 批处理过程存在于复杂的动态环境中,来自主客观的干扰及问题固有的易变性,将导致各种过程参数的变化,例如批
处理时间波动、原材料质量变化、工作条件及时间变化,使已有的静态调度可能失去了其最优性,甚或变得不可行。因此,
需要研究对意外事件作出快速反应的动态调度方法,以捕捉生产环境的实时变化。本文针对批处理过程中最常出现的操作处
理时间波动,提出了基于Petri 网仿真技术的批处理过程动态重调度方法。仿真结果表明,该方法能有效地捕捉处理时间的
变化,快速改善调度性能,为批处理过程动态调度的研究提供了新思路。

Dynamic Scheduling of Batch Processes Based on Simulation of Petri Nets

Abstract: Batch processes usually exist in a dynamic and complex environment. The obje ctive or subjective disturbance,
as well as the inherent process changeability, will lead to the changing of various process parameters, such as the
perturbation of processing times, the changing of raw material quality and of work condition and time. These changes
will make the existing static scheduling lose its optimization and even become unfeasible. So, it is required to consider
dynamic scheduling with fleet reactibility to unexpected events, in order to catch the real time changes in the production
environment. For process time deviations more often occurring in batch processes, a dynamic rescheduling method based
on Petri nets simulation is put forward in this paper. This method can effectively catch the deviations of process time, and
then improve the scheduling performance. It indicates a new direction for the research of dynamic scheduling of batch
processes. Some simulation examples are demonstrated for this method.
