Methods A total of 84 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to our hospital and were pathologically confirmed after the surgery in our hospital were selected. They patients were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the randomization method， with the average of 42 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with breast B ultrasonography before surgery， and the study group was given breast B ultrasonography combined with breast MRI before surgery for the examination of the disease conditions. The coincidence rate of the preoperative examination results and postoperative confirmation results of axillary lymph node conditions of the breast cancer， the number of misdiagnosis and the number of missed cases were compared between the two groups.
