红芪中多糖提取工艺的研究 专业: 姓名: 学号: 指导老师: 职称: 摘要 红芪作为传统的补益类中药,含有糖、葡萄糖醒酸、粘液质、多种氨基酸、苦味素、胆碱、甜莱碱、叶酸、熊竹素等多种成分强心利尿、降压及增强人体免疫机能作用。 关键词:红芪;多糖;提取;优化;正交试验 Abstract As a traditional Chinese medical herb, Radix Hedysari contains polysaccharide, glucose acid, phlegm, kinds of amino acid, bitter principle, bilineurine, betaine, folic acid, kumatakenin and many other kinds of ingredient. It has the effect of Cardiotonics, Diuretic, Hypotensive, and strengthening the Immune function of human body. In this experiment, the polysaccharide of Radix Hedysari will be extracted by respectively using the methods of aqueous extraction, microwave assisted extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave-ultrasonic extraction. Compare the four extraction methods by differences in operation, and compare the result of extraction, the method whose extraction ratio is highest were chosen. Through the experiment, it was discovered that the extraction ratio of polysaccharide is highest by the microwave-ultrasonic extraction method, which is 7.051%. Then through the more intensive study of technology, it is sure that the ultrasonic-temperature, ultrasonic-time and C/N ratio are the main factors which can impact the experiment result. After the Orthogonal Experiment and analysis of variance, it shows that on the condition A2B2C2 (ultrasonic-temperature is 50℃, ultrasonic-time is 40min and C/N ratio is 200:1) that the extraction technology is best, and the extraction rate of polysaccharide is 7.026%. The result of the experiment proved that the microwave-ultrasonic extraction method has advantages: shorten the extraction period, avoid the resolving of Radix Hedysari, the employed instruments are simple, and operate easily.
