PAGE I 中国民生银行小微金融的探索与实践 摘 要 近年来，党中央、国务院高度重视我国小微企业的发展状况，颁布并且实施了一系列的帮扶政策，但在当前的市场经济条件下，小微企业流动性不足的问题任然显得较为突出。商业银行具有经营灵活的优势，与小微企业信贷需求“短、小、急”的特点相契合，其作为支持小微企业发展的主力军，在缓解小微企业融资难、融资贵的问题上发挥着极其重要的作用。然而，当前的金融行业的竞争日渐激烈，商业银行的小微金融服务的发展同样也面临着困难。本文将结合我国民生银行的发展状况，运用SWOT分析法对其开展的小微金融业务的优势、劣势、机会与威胁进行分析，并且提出针对民生银行小微金融服务的战略选择提出了相应的发展对策，为更好地服务小微企业探寻出一条切实可行的道路。 关键词：小微企业；民生银行；SWOT分析法 Exploration and practice of Minsheng Bank’s micro-finance Abstract In recent years, the CPC central committee and state council attaches great importance to the small and micro enterprise development, a series of supporting policies and measures have been carried out. Commercial Banks, which has a flexible management, short decision-making chain, are close to the edge of market, and adapt to the small micro enterprise credit demand. As the mainstay of local small micro enterprise development supporter. Commercial Banks play an important role in solving the financing problem of small micro enterprise. However, in the increasingly fierce competition in the financial situation at present, micro enterprise financial services of commercial Banks are also facing the development bottleneck and difficulty.
