我国中小企业融资问题探析 摘 要 在当前经济新常态下，中小企业对国家经济发展起着极大地推动作用，在我国，国内生产总值60%以上由中小企业创造，而且依靠其灵活的经营方式和低廉的组织成本，更好的迎合了当今时代对于个性化的需求，同时对经济增长、就业岗位的增加有极大的促进作用。但由于受到融资问题的制约，目前我国的中小企业仍面临着较大的发展困境。 本文首先在国内外学者的理论成果基础上分析我国中小企业的融资现状，指出当前我国中小企业目前的融资问题主要有：融资范围渠道狭小、融资成本高、信息不对称等。再而，本文分析了我国中小企业融资问题产生的内部成因和外部成因。内部成因包括：一是中小企业缺乏一套健全完善的财务制度和对资金的合理规划；二是中小企业信用意识淡薄；三是中小企业规模小，抵押担保能力弱。外部成因包括：一是缺乏支持中小企业融资的相关制度，政府扶持力度弱，导致中小企业在融资过程缺乏相关支持及保护力度；二是缺乏一套成熟的贷款担保制度，导致中小企业难以向银行取得借款，融资渠道不流通；三是中小企业与金融机构之间存在的信息不对称，导致双方存在较高的信贷风险。最后，本文借鉴了美国、日本、韩国等发达国家在解决中小企业融资问题上的成果经验，并针对我国中小企业经营特点，提出解决融资问题的方案对策。 关键词：中小企业；融资困难；信息不对称 On the Financing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China Abstract In?the?Current Economic climate,?SMEs?play?a?imperative?role in promoting?national?economy. In China, more than 60% of GDP is created by SMEs. Relying on their flexible business methods and low organization costs, they better meet the personalized needs of the times, and at the same time, they have a great role in promoting economic growth and employment. At present, Chinas SMEs are still facing great development difficulties because of the restraints of financing. First of all, this paper integrates the theoretical results of domestic and foreign scholars on the financing of SMEs, and on this basis further analyzes the financing status of SMEs in China, pointing out that the current financing problems of SMEs in China are mainly: narrow financing scope, high financing cost, asymmetric information, etc. Then, this paper analyzes the internal and external causes of the financing problems of SMEs in China. The internal causes include: first, the lack of a sound and perfect financial system and reasonable planning of funds for SMEs; second, the weak credit awareness of SMEs; third, the small scale of SMEs, which is weak in mortgage guarantee ability.
