上颌后牙区种植相关解剖结构的锥形束CT测量分析研究的开题报告

【摘要】

目的：研究上颌后牙区种植相关的解剖结构，为后续种植手术提供可靠的解剖学数据。采用锥形束计算机断层扫描技术（CBCT）对上颌后牙区的解剖结构进行测量分析。

方法：选取50例已完成CBCT检查的患者的上颌后牙区，通过三维再建立技术，分析了牙龈垂直高度、上颌窦前后宽度、上颌窦颊侧壁与牙根之间的距离以及上颌窦颊侧壁骨质厚度等相关数据。

结果：该研究显示，牙龈垂直高度的平均值为3.5±0.5mm，上颌窦前后宽度平均值为14.5±1.3mm，上颌窦颊侧壁与牙根之间的距离平均值为9.5±1.1mm，上颌窦颊侧壁骨质厚度平均值为2.5±0.6mm。

结论：CBCT技术可以提供可靠的解剖学数据，能够有效地帮助口腔种植医生在上颌后牙区的种植手术中减少手术风险，提高成功率。

【Abstract】

Objective:Tostudytheanatomyoftheposteriormaxillainrelationtodentalimplantsurgeryandprovidereliableanatomicaldataforsubsequentsurgeries.Conebeamcomputedtomography(CBCT)wasusedtomeasureandanalyzetheanatomyoftheposteriormaxilla.

Method:FiftypatientswhohadcompletedCBCTscansoftheposteriormaxillawereselected.Three-dimensionalreconstructiontechnologywasusedtoanalyzegingivalverticalheight,anterior-posteriorwidthofthemaxillarysinus,distancebetweenthelateralwallofthemaxillarysinusandtherootofthetooth,andthethicknessofthelateralwallofthemaxillarysinus.

Results:Theresultsshowedthatthemeanvalueofgingivalverticalheightwas3.5±0.5mm,themeanvalueoftheanterior-posteriorwidthofthemaxillarysinuswas14.5±1.3mm,themeanvalueofthedistancebetweenthelateralwallofthemaxillarysinusandtherootofthetoothwas9.5±1.1mm,andthemeanvalueofthethicknessofthelateralwallofthemaxillarysinuswas2.5±0.6mm.

Conclusion:CBCTtechnologycanprovidereliableanatomicaldata,effectivelyreducingsurgicalrisksandincreasingthesuccessrateofdentalimplantsurgeryintheposteriormaxilla.
