摘 要 目的:探讨荔枝核总黄酮(total flavone from Litchi Chinensis Sonn, TFL)对二甲基亚硝胺(dimethylnitrosamine, DMN)大鼠肝纤维化PDGF及TNF(50mg·kg-1·d-1)、TFL高剂量组(400mg· kg-1·d-1)、TFL中剂量组(200mg·kg-1·d-1)、TFL低剂量组(100mg·kg-1·d-1)六组。采用二甲基亚硝胺DMN腹腔注射制备SD大鼠进行肝纤维化造模,造模4周,造模同时SIL、TFL等四组灌胃给药干预,6周后处死大鼠,观察大鼠肝纤维化水平,用放射免疫法测定模型组、SIL组和TEL(LN)HA)及Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)水平,用HE染色法和Masson染色观察大鼠肝组织镜下病理变化纤维化水平,采用PCR法检测SIL组和TFL组PDGF、TNF因子表达水平变化,用SPSS11.0软件对数据进行统计分析。 结果:
结论:TFL可以下调二甲基亚硝胺肝纤维化大鼠的PDGF、TNF细胞因子表达水平,具有明显的抗大鼠肝纤维化作用。

Abstract purpose: Discuss lychee seed flavonoids (total flavone from Litchi Chinensis Sonn, TFL) to dimethylnitrosamine (dimethylnitrosamine, DMN) rat liver fibrosis platelet derived growth factor( PDGF) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) influence and its mechanism of action. Methods: randomly divided sixty SD male rats into six group, blank control group, model group, silymarin(SIL) group(50mg?kg-1?d-1), TFL high dose group (400 mg, kg - 1 ? d - 1), TFL middle dose group (200 mg, kg - 1 ? d - 1) and TFL low dose group (100 mg, kg - 1 ? d - 1).
