六一儿童节庆祝大会方案
为认真做好**小学“六一”儿童节庆祝活动，特制定本方案。
**年5月31日上午8点；庆祝大会地点设在学校操场上。
为加强庆祝活动工作的统一领导，特成立工作领导小组，组成成员如下：

负责迎接上级领导和各位来宾，搞好接待工作。
搞好茶水及相关服务工作
?2、安全卫生组
实行全封闭管理，活动期间，杜绝一切闲杂人员进入校园。
维护校园安全，保证学生能按指定位置就座参加活动，无乱跑现象，确保学生的人身安全。
?3、颁奖活动筹备指挥组
?按照表彰决定确定上台领奖人员及领奖小组；
?确立准备好颁发的奖状、证书及奖品。
?4、文艺汇演演出组
?组织搞好节目的演出。
?编排好文艺汇演节目顺序单。
?保证庆典活动中文艺节目汇演顺利进行。

?制定整个庆祝活动的议程，组织主持整个庆祝活动过程，联系相关事宜。
?对参加活动的学生进行座位调度，指挥各班学生及演员按指定区域就座。
?维护活动中学生的纪律，确保学生做到文明、守纪。
?1、提高认识，精心组织，确保活动效果。
?2、各小组要大力协作，尽职尽责，保证此次庆祝大会取得圆满成功。
