Analysis: Core competitiveness of Guang Ming Company
Abstract
In the proceeding of global economic integration, small and medium sized enterprises have met critical survival issue in the fiercely competitive market. Therefore, these enterprises need to strengthen their competitiveness and enhance their capacities in todays volatile environment.
This report analyzes current situation of core competitiveness in Guang Ming Battery Company, and some key issues, such as human resource, core products and technical investment which have been searched. Several strategies have been proposed to Guang Ming Battery Company which is around the core competitiveness.
Finally, this report is trying to serve as a way to improve and strengthen Guang Mings core competitiveness in market.
