内燃机燃烧测试分析系统的设计与开发

摘 要院开发一套基于PC机的内燃机燃烧测试分析系统,并对气缸压力的采集,数据的匀化、光顺处理,动态上止点
,在
位置的确定等做介绍。利用测量的气缸压力曲线和能量守恒原理 LabVIEW软件平台上编写出内燃机燃烧放热率
计算程序,研究主要经验参数对放热率及缸内平均温度的影响。结果表明:采用Woschni传热公式计算的放热率曲线
值高于采用Eichelberg传热公式和Sitkei传热公式计算的放热率曲线值。扫气系数渍 的变化对气缸内平均温度有显s
著影响,渍=0.99时的缸内平均温度明显高于渍=0.95时的缸内平均温度,两者最高温度相差81.4K。s s

Development of combustion test and analysis system for internal combustion engine

Abstract: A combustion test and analysis system based on PC was developed including instruments
design and software compiling. The acquisition of cylinder pressure,data homogenization processing,
data smoothing processing,as well as the determination of dynamic TDC position were all introduced
in this study. Based on the test data of cylinder pressure and energy conservation principle,the heat
release rate was calculated by a program in LabVIEW software,and the influences of some
parameters on heat release rate and in-cylinder instantaneous average temperature were investigated.
The results showed that heat release rate calculated with Woschni heat transfer equation was higher
than that with Eichelberg heat transfer equation a
