注塑模具课程设计 摘要 本文以塑料勺为对象,详细介绍其注射模设计过程。设计中主要运用UG和AUTOCAD软件,根据制件的零件图进行零件的三维造型,并对该模型进行工艺分析,该塑件为壳体,浇注系统设计过程中,采取一模一腔侧浇口设计,并对成型零件进行了必要的计算和结构设计。采用龙记大水口标准模架,提高了设计效率。最后通过Autocad完成工程图的制作,设计中综合考虑了各方面的因素。 关键词:塑料勺,注射模,UG,侧浇口 Injection mould Design ABSTRACT The design of a set of blanking,punching mold. through access to information, the first parts to the process analysis, through process analysis and comparison, the use of blanking, punching process, through the blanking force, the top piece, and in terms of discharge power to determine the model press.
