In t his paper , t he idea of t he overall design is described , and t he de2 terminatio n for t he main mechanical and elect ro nic parameters , including t he overall testing , has been discussed in detail . Based upo n t he p ractical characteristic and t he specificatio ns of t he inst rument , it will be widely used in t he field of machine tool , auto mobile , airplane and shipping manufact ures.
