半电动搬运车用可离合减速器设计
摘 要
传统搬运车的工作效率低,而且工人的工作量大,现在在节约成本的基础上对
传统搬运车进行半电动化改造。需要设计一款半电动车用的离合减速器。与普通定
轴齿轮传动相比,行星齿轮传动具有体积小、质量轻、传动比大、承载能力大、传
动平稳及传动效率高等优点。行星齿轮传动不仅适用于高速、大功率的场合,而且
可用于低速、大转矩的机械传动系统中,因此在现代机械传动的发展中发挥着重要
的作用。本文便是在2K-H 型行星齿轮系的基础上采用二级减速方式的行星齿轮减速
器。该减速器外观小巧,输入轴与输出轴同轴心,传动比大,传动效率高,并且在
搬运车不需要电动助力行走时,可方便的通过操控离合器操作机构,实现从电机到
驱动轮的动力分离,轻松推拉搬运车。

Abstract
We will conduct semi electric transformation of traditional transport vehicle, for its
low efficiency and large workload for workers on the basis of cost savings .We need to
design a clutch reducer for Semi-electric car .Planetary gear transmission has advantages
of small volume, light quality, big transmission ratio, carrying capacity, smooth
transmission and high transmission efficiency, compared to normal fixed axis gear
transmission. Planetary gear transmission is not only suitable for high-speed, high power
and canbeused in low speed andheavy torqueofmechanical device,these effectshavea
very important significance for modern mechanical transmission development.
In this paper, we adopt two 2K-H planetary gear reducer.This reducer has advantages of
small volume, big transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, input shaft and the
output shaft with the same shaft.When the truck doesnot need electric power walking,we
can easily achieve power separation from the motor to the drive wheels by manipulating
theclutch operatingmechanism.Wecan slidethetruck easily.
