全桥移相软开关DC-DC变换器设计
摘要:本文高频DC/DC开关功率变换器的主电路拓扑结构及其相关元件参数的计算,并给出了主要仿真波形。该变换器增添了辅助谐振网络,在较大的负载范围内实现了开关器件的零电压软开关PWM变换器适用于输出低电压大功率的情况,以及电源电压和负载电流变化大的场合。其优点是开关频率固定,便于控制。为了提高变换器的功率密度,减少单位输出功率的体积和重量.需将开关频率提高。将谐振变换器与PWM技术结合起来构成软开关控制方案,既能实现功率开关的软开关特点,又能实现恒频控制。在DC/DC变换器中,则多采用以全桥移相控制软开关PWM变换器,它是直流电源实现高频化的理想拓扑之一。本文针对全桥拓扑的特点,采用了移相全桥ZVS软开关技术,成功实现了变换器的ZVS开关,大大降低了变换器的开关损耗,提高了变换器的效率和功率密度。

ABSTRACT:This paper on high-frequency DC / DC switching power converter topology of the main circuit components and related parameters, and gives the main simulation waveform. The converter add auxiliary resonant network, in the larger load of the switching device to achieve the zero-voltage soft-switching The traditional full-bridge PWM converter applys to the output of low-voltage high-power, and power supply voltage and load current changes in the big occasions. The benefits are fixed switching frequency, for control. In order to increase the power density converters to reduce power output of the unit size and weight. Switching frequency will be increased. Will be resonant converter and PWM technology combined with a soft-switch control program, it can achieve the soft-switch power switching characteristics, but also to achieve constant frequency control. In the DC / DC converter, the use of a full-bridge phase-shift control of soft-switching PWM converter, it is high frequency of the DC power supply to achieve the ideal of one of the topology. In this paper, the characteristics of full-bridge topology, using a full-bridge phase-shift ZVS soft-switch technology, the successful implementation of the converter ZVS switch, greatly reduced the converter switching losses and improve the efficiency of the converter and power density.
