This text is carrying on to these problems thorough analysis of foundation top put forward to include: The government is aggressive to support, change idea, practical set up finance management to be a business enterprise management core of principle; Strengthen the wealth meeting troops construction, the accounting system of the norm finance, strengthen inner part finance management; Extension margin outlet, insure science of margin. Science is reasonable decision, exaltation investment income level. Strengthen the counter plans such as management and cost management etc. of the working capital, practical solve medium small scaled business enterprise of finance management problem, assurance business enterprise health have preface ground high speed development.
