摘要：糖尿病合并抑郁是目前临床上常见的疾病，中医学具有独特的诊断方法和治疗手段。本研究旨在探讨2型糖尿病合并抑郁的中医证候特点及其与血糖相关性的临床观察。本研究采用横断面研究法，对116例2型糖尿病合并抑郁患者进行中医诊断，分析其中医证候特点，并与血糖水平进行相关性分析。结果显示，患者中最常见的中医证候是气滞血瘀证，其次是气虚血瘀证和气阴两虚证。同时，中医证候与血糖水平呈正相关性，表明中医证候与糖尿病发病及病情严重程度密切相关。因此，中医诊疗在2型糖尿病合并抑郁治疗中具有重要作用。

Abstract:Diabetescombinedwithdepressionisacommondiseaseinclinicalpractice.TraditionalChinesemedicinehasuniquediagnosticmethodsandtreatmentmethods.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethecharacteristicsoftraditionalChinesemedicinesyndromeanditscorrelationwithbloodglucoselevelinpatientswithtype2diabetescombinedwithdepression.Thisstudyadoptedacross-sectionalstudymethodtodiagnosetraditionalChinesemedicinein116patientswithtype2diabetescombinedwithdepression,analyzeitscharacteristicsoftraditionalChinesemedicinesyndrome,andcorrelateitwithbloodglucoselevel.TheresultsshowedthatthemostcommontraditionalChinesemedicinesyndromewasQistagnationandbloodstasissyndrome,followedbyQideficiencyandbloodstasissyndromeandQiYindeficiencysyndrome.Atthesametime,traditionalChinesemedicinesyndromewaspositivelycorrelatedwithbloodglucoselevel,indicatingthattraditionalChinesemedicinesyndromeiscloselyrelatedtotheonsetandseverityofdiabetes.Therefore,traditionalChinesemedicinediagnosisandtreatmentplaysanimportantroleinthetreatmentoftype2diabetescombinedwithdepression.
