Lessons Learned Process Overview 经验教训 – 流程概览 Purpose: the purpose of the lessons learned process is to prevent the reoccurrence of problems previously experienced on new vehicle programs 目的:经验教训流程旨在确保新项目中不再发生过去曾发生的问题。 • GM has developed a web based database of the most recent and significant lessons learned.
