河北工业大学毕业设计说明书作者:李品学号:081196学院:化工学院系(专业):化学工程与工艺题目:10000吨顺酐/年装置产品精制工段(成品塔)的工艺设计指导者:崔洪武副教授评阅者:2012年5月30日内容提要本设计选题为1.0×104吨/年顺酐生产车间的工艺设计。通过各种生产技术路线的评价比较,确定了目前国内外比较先进而又经济合理的以苯为原料,采用V2O5为催化剂的生产路线。反应物在固定床反应器中进行反应,产物经过部分冷凝,间歇恒沸精馏和减压精馏,最终得到产品。设计过程中进行了物料衡算和热量衡算,采用经验法对重点设备成品塔做了详细的设计计算与校核。此外还进行了车间部分设备的设计计算与选型,按施工图的深度和规范认真设计并绘制了精制工段车间管道仪表流程图、重点设备成品塔的装配图、精制工段车间布置图、部分工段的管道布置图;对车间用能进行了有效的节能方案与措施,对副产物回收与三废治理提出了经济可行的方案,提出了具体的车间安全管理措施,为项目的顺利建厂投产准备了较为详尽的图纸与资料。Title: The process design of 1.0×104 t/y MA manufacturingAbstractThe subject of the selected design is the process design for maleic anhydride producing. The output will be 1×104 t/y. Through the comparison and evaluation of kinds of different routs we select an advanced and economic route in both domestic and overseas. Benzene acts as row material and V2O5as catalyst. Reactants transform to production after reacting in a fixed-bed reactor. The mixture production is first cooled in a heat exchanger and then refined through intermittent azeotropic distillation and reduced pressure distillation. Finally the production MA is obtained.Material balance and heat balance are conducted. Material calculation and checking of the key equipment production-tower are made using the empirical method. Besides, calculation and selection of part equipment are conducted. According to the depth of the construction drawing and design specification ,PID 、equipment assembly drawings、workshop layout diagrams and piping layout drawings are given. Effectively energy saving method and measures are put forward. Economic feasible scheme are proposed for the recycle of by-products and the treatment of three wastes. Specific workshop safety management measures are came up with.
