题 目 【摘要】 本论文主要阐述了摩托车尾灯罩注射模的设计过程,材料为PS(聚苯乙烯),塑件平均厚度为2mm,属于小型注塑件。具体的设计内容是从零件的工艺分析开始的,根据工艺要求来确定设计的大体思路。开始是从零件的材料选择,接下是成型参数、密度、收缩率的确定,模具种类与模具设计的关系、塑件的尺寸精度与结构、注射机的选择、模具设计有关尺寸的计算(包括模具腔型芯的计算及其公差的确定),浇口。由于塑件的工艺性能要求注塑模中有冷却系统注射成形是把塑料原料放入料筒中经过加热熔化,使之成为高黏度的流体,用柱塞或螺杆作为加压工具,使熔体通过喷嘴以较高压力注入模具的型腔中,经过冷却、凝固阶段,而后从模具中脱出,成为塑料制品。塑件注射模模具设计工艺性能 This paper mainly expounds the motorcycle tail lamp injection mold design process, materials for the PS (polystyrene), plastic parts average thickness of 2mm, are small injection molded parts.
