仪表板分装线属于内饰段重要的工作环节，独立于总装流水线。组装好的仪表板由电动抓手搬到总装流水线上。仪表板分装支架如图3-3-1所示。操纵仪表板安装台架的控制手柄可实现仪表板的翻转安装，如图3-3-2所示。

1、汽车内外饰常用拆装工具

1.CommonDisassemblyToolsforAutomotiveInteriorandExterior

汽车内外饰在拆卸或装配时需要用到专门的工具，避免对零件表面造成损伤。主要用到的工具如图3-3-5所示。

（1）安装仪表显示屏底部固定螺母（六角法兰面螺母M6×1.0×6）（4Nm），如图3-3-6所示。

(1)Atthebottomofinstrumentdisplayscreen,installthefixingnut(hexagonnutwithflangeM6×1.0×6)(4Nm),asshowninFig.3-3-6.;（2）安装仪表板右侧2处固定螺栓（十字槽六角头螺钉M6×1.0×16）（4Nm）和1处固定螺母（六角法兰面螺母M6×1.0×6）（4.0Nm），如下图所示。
