硬岩中顶管施工的关键技术研究

摘要:顶管施工法是非开挖技术的代表施工方法之一,在市政、公路施工中较为成熟,多用于短距离、小直径管道
施工。水利工程长距离隧道施工多采用钻爆法,但进度慢,且安全性不高。蓟州区输水线路工程在大直径、长距离
管道施工过程中形成了一套成熟的硬岩顶管施工工艺,能保障施工的进度及安全。从岩石顶管机选取、具体工艺手
法和配套辅助系统对该工艺进行了介绍,以期对类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:Pipejackingisoneoftherepresentativeconstructionmethodsofnon-excavationtechnology,whichisrelatively
matureinmunicipalandhighwayconstructionandismostlyusedforshortdistanceandsmalldiameterpipelineconstruc‐
tion.Drillingandblastingmethodisoftenusedintheconstructionoflongdistancetunnelsinwaterconservancyprojects,
whichisslowinprogressandlowinsafety.ThewatertransmissionlineprojectinJizhouDistricthasformedasetofmature
hardrockpipejackingconstructiontechnologiesintheprocessoflargediameterandlongdistancepipelineconstruction,
whichcanensureconstructionprogressandsafety.Thispaperintroducestheprocessfromtheselectionofrockpipejacking
machine,specifictechnologyandsupportingauxiliarysystemwhichisofgreatsignificanceforsimilarprojects.
