深埋长距离顶管施工周边土体扰动演变规律

摘要长距离顶管施工对周边环境的影响不容忽视,以杭州市紫金港科技城220kV架空线上改下土
建一标工程为研究对象,根据具体工程概况,探讨顶管施工中周边土体的扰动理论,通过FLAC3D对深埋
长距离顶管推进过程中周边土体的竖向位移云图及开挖工作面处上、下方不同点处的竖向位移值进行了研
究。结果表明:在顶管上方周边的土体都产生了竖向向下的微小位移,在开挖面下方周边的土体产生向上
的竖向位移,顶管施工对管道上方周边土体的扰动较大,得出对2m的大直径顶管而言,需要对以顶管前后
50m,上下4倍管径范围内的土体重点分析研究。

theoryofsurroundingsoilduringpipejackingconstructionwasdiscussed,andtheverticaldisplacementnephogram
ofsurroundingsoilandtheverticaldisplacementvaluesatdifferentpointsaboveandbelowtheexcavationface
werestudiedbyFLAC3D.Theresultsshowthatthesoilaroundthepipejackinghasslightverticaldownward
displacement,andthesoilaroundtheexcavationfacehasupwardverticaldisplacement.Thepipejacking
