Because of interest ,the economies come out,so presuming the most benefit is the final goal of these economies.In the process of the development of the economies ,there are so many other actions whose existence is ready to accomplish the best interest.In order to get the most interest ,the economies have to reduce output in the process.once they can reduce the cost of the production when they can keep the quality as good as before,they can earn more money than before.for the economies that are short of fund ,it is very important for them to control the output of cost,which may cause them to died.
