内蒙古电力技术 82 INNER MONGOLIA ELECTRIC POWER 2017 年第35 卷第2 期 doi:10.3969/j.issn. 1008-6218.2017.02.022 600 MW 机组负荷段失电原因分析及解决措施 陈志峰,孙竹玮,吴 旋,李 东 (内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司,内蒙古 乌兰察布 012100 ) 摘要:内蒙古某发电有限责任公司2 号机组正值C 级检修中,利用Ca 开关启动C 给水泵 进行空负荷试转时,C 给水泵Ca 开关故障,导致本侧负荷段全部失电。处理给水泵开关过程 中发现负荷段失电的原因为负荷段设备线路安装布局不合理。对此提出负荷段改造,改造后 保证了负荷段各项负荷的运行安全,同时做好日常巡回检查制度、负荷及负荷段事故跳闸的 反事故演习等措施,确保了负荷段负荷开关稳定运行,保证了机组安全运行。 关键词:600 MW 机组;给水泵;跳闸;负荷段;失电 文献标志码:B 中图分类号:TM621.7 文章编号:1008-6218(2017 )02-0082-04 Cause Analysis of Load Electricity Lost in 600 MW Unit and Its Solution CHEN Zhifeng, SUN Zhuwei, WU Xuan, LI Dong (Inner Mongolia Jinglong Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd., Wulanqab 012100, China) Abstract :During the process of level C maintenance in unit 2 in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd., in the empty load test of starting feed water pump C with Ca switches, the Ca switch of feed water pump C failure, leading to all power lossing in the side. Aiming at the fault reason analysis, based on the feed water pump switch trouble shooting raised the load segment for the cause of power losing was that the load segment installation layout was not reasonable. Put forward to make reform to the load segments, through which the safe operation of the load segment was ensured. Via the measurement of supervising the daily inspection, making anti-accident exercises of the load segments, to ensure the stable operation of the load switch of the load segments, the safe operation of the unit.
