ofknowledgesharinginorganizationsandidentifythekeyelements
thatpromoteitsadoptionandsustainability.Theprojectaimstoanswer
thefollowingresearchquestions:
1.Whatisthecurrentstateofknowledgesharinginorganizations?
2.Whatarethedifferentmodelsofcorporatecultureofknowledge
sharing,andwhataretheirkeycharacteristics?
3.Whatarethekeysuccessfactorsforcreatingandsustaininga
cultureofknowledgesharing,includingleadership,incentivesand
rewards,communication,andtraining?
4.Whatarethepotentialbarrierstotheadoptionandsustainabilityofa
cultureofknowledgesharing,andhowcantheybeaddressed?
Methodology:
Theresearchprojectwillbeconductedusingamixed-methods
approach,includingbothqualitativeandquantitativedatacollectionand
analysismethods.Theprojectwillinvolvethefollowingsteps:

researchliteratureonknowledgesharingandcorporateculture.
