氨基化二氧化硅固定化纤维素酶催化去除三氯杀螨醇的中期报告 摘要: 本文利用氨基化二氧化硅固定化纤维素酶对三氯杀螨醇进行催化降解,实验结果表明,氨基化二氧化硅固定化纤维素酶能够有效地将三氯杀螨醇转化成较为简单的化合物,催化效率较高。进一步的研究表明,该催化反应符合酶学反应动力学规律,催化反应速率与酶浓度呈正比关系,与底物浓度呈负比关系,催化反应过程中温度和pH值也对反应速率有较大影响。该研究为利用酶催化技术进行有机废水的降解提供了新的思路。 关键词:氨基化二氧化硅;纤维素酶;三氯杀螨醇;催化降解 Abstract: In this study, amino-functionalized silica-immobilized cellulase was used to catalyze the degradation of trichloromitesin. The experimental results showed that amino-functionalized silica-immobilized cellulase could effectively convert trichloromitesin into simpler compounds, and the catalytic efficiency was relatively high. Further studies have shown that the catalytic reaction complies with the laws of enzymatic reaction kinetics, and the catalytic reaction rate is proportional to the enzyme concentration and inversely proportional to the substrate concentration. Temperature and pH values also have a significant impact on the reaction rate during the catalytic reaction. This study provides new ideas for the degradation of organic wastewater using enzyme catalysis technology. Keywords: amino-functionalized silica, cellulase, trichloromitesin, catalytic degradation
