Methods A total of 60 patients with lung cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into experimental group （n=30） and control group （n=30） according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with routine surgical care and the patients in the experimental group were treated with systemic respiratory care. The clinical effect between the two groups of patients was compared. Results The average extraction time of thoracic drainage tube and the average length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（）， and there was significant difference after treatment（P）.
