林 业 科 学 研 究　2005, 18 ( 5) : 551～555 F ores t R esea rch 　　文章编号 : 100 11498 (2005) 毛竹光合动态研究 施建敏 , 郭起荣 , 杨光耀 (江西农业大学江西省竹子种质资源与利用重点实验室 ,江西 南昌　330045) 摘要 :采用 L i - 6400测定毛竹光合作用在不同时间尺度上的动态变化 , 同时对毛竹叶绿素含量的年动态进行了研 究 。结果表明:毛竹夏 、秋季的光合 日变化为双峰曲线 ,冬 、春季的光合 日变化为单峰曲线 ,气孔部分关闭是引起毛 竹夏 、秋季光合 “午睡 ”现象的主要原因;毛竹光合年动态变化为三峰曲线 ,峰值分别在 3 月 、6 月和 8 月出现 ,年均 - 2 - 1 μ 值为 6. 03 mol ·m ·s ;毛竹叶绿素含量年动态变化为双峰曲线 ,峰值分别在 2 月和 10 月出现 ,年均值为 2. 18 m g ·g- 1 。通过综合比较本文和其他毛竹光合作用的测定结果 ,认为气候条件和研究方法的不一致很可能是导致众 多研究结果存在差异的主要原因。 关键词 :毛竹 ;生理生态 ;光合作用 ;叶绿素含量 ;动态变化 中图分类号 : S7957　　　文献标识码 : A Study on the Photosyn thetic D ynam ic Var ia tion of P h yllosta ch ys edu lis SH I J ian m in, GUO Q irong, YAN G Guang y ao (J iangxi Provincial Key L aboratory for B amboo Germp lasm R esou rces and App lication, JAU , N anchang　330045, J iangxi, Ch ina) Ab stract:U sing L i6400 , the photo synthetic dynam ic variation of P hy llostachy s edu lis was determ ined in deferent tim e scales.
