【摘要】
脑缺血再灌注是常见的脑血管疾病,易引起海马炎性细胞因子的过度释放,从而加重神经元损伤和认知功能障碍。穴位埋药线是中国传统医学的一种疗法,在治疗脑缺血再灌注后的炎性反应中具有一定的应用价值。本研究旨在探讨对脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马炎性细胞因子的影响,并探讨其作用机制。将大鼠随机分为脑缺血再灌注组、穴位埋药线组和正常对照组,分别观察海马炎性细胞因子的表达和炎性介质的变化,进一步分析穴位埋药线抑制炎症反应的作用机制。预计研究结果可为穴位埋药线在脑缺血再灌注中的应用提供实验依据。

【Abstract】
Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion is a common cerebrovascular disease, which can easily cause excessive release of hippocampal inflammatory cytokines, thereby aggravating neuronal damage and cognitive dysfunction. Acupoint embedding therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy and has a certain application value in treating the inflammatory response after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. This study aims to investigate the impact of acupoint embedding therapy on the inflammatory cytokines in the hippocampus of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats and to explore its mechanism of action. Rats were randomly divided into cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group, acupoint embedding group, and normal control group. The expression of hippocampal inflammatory cytokines and changes in inflammatory mediators were observed, and the mechanism of acupoint embedding therapy in inhibiting the inflammatory response was further analyzed. The expected results of this study can provide experimental evidence for the application of acupoint embedding therapy in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
