康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能恢复的影响  Abstract This paper aims to investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of motor function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Through systematic review and comparative analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, it is found that there is a significant correlation between rehabilitation nursing and the recovery of motor function in hemiplegic stroke patients. Rehabilitation nursing can assist hemiplegic stroke patients in constructing a personalized rehabilitation plan and carry out functional training, improve their daily self-care ability, and restore their limb motor function. Introduction Stroke has become one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide. Hemiplegia is a common complication after stroke, which seriously affects the patients physical and psychological health. Hemiplegic stroke patients often experience motor function disorders, such as limb spasm, contracture, and weakness. Rehabilitation nursing plays an important role in the rehabilitation process of stroke patients. By adopting a comprehensive rehabilitation nursing program, hemiplegic patients can effectively improve their motor function and enhance their quality of life. This paper analyzes the impact of rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of motor function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Method This study was conducted through a comprehensive retrieval of relevant literature at home and abroad in the following databases: PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang Data. The retrieval time range was limited to the last ten years, and the language was limited to English and Chinese. The inclusion criteria of the literature were: (1) Patients with hemiplegia after stroke; (2) The intervention group received a rehabilitation nursing program, while the control group received routine rehabilitation treatment or drug therapy alone; (3) The outcome indicators are
