Abstract:
This paper focuses on the application of PLC and configuration software in the control system of weaving machines widely used in textile production. Firstly, the defects of the current weaving machine control system in the market are analyzed, including low reliability, difficult maintenance, etc. Then, the basic knowledge of PLC and configuration software is introduced, including its functions, advantages, and applicable scope.
Next, the application scenarios of PLC and configuration software in the control system of weaving machines are detailed, including PID control, data acquisition and processing, communication control, etc. By comparing the differences between traditional control systems and PLC control systems in weaving machine control, the advantages of PLC and configuration software in improving the accuracy, stability, and reliability of weaving machine control systems are illustrated.
Finally, some research and solutions are proposed, including selecting PLC controllers and configuration software suitable for control requirements, optimizing control schemes for special needs of textile production, etc.
