中国石油大学胜利学院 文献综述 系 别 机械与电气工程系 专 业 材料成型及控制工程 年 级 2009级本科四班 姓 名 李维丹 学 号 200908013420 设计题目 关于粉末冶金新技术的探究 2012年6月10日 关于粉末冶金新技术的探究 李维丹 (09级材本四 学号:200908013420) 【摘要】:粉末冶金技术是制取各种高性能结构材料和功能材料部件的有效途径,随着这些部件的性能和制造周期要求提高,粉末锻造、粉末压制、粉末烧结硬化、粉末温压成形和粉末注射成形等技术领域均有了新的进展。粉末冶金在超导体、纳米材料、高级磁性材料、生物工程材料、超硬材料、超微机械、梯度功能材料等领域也已获得越来越广泛的应用。本文简要介绍了粉末冶金技术在粉末制取、压制、烧结、注射成形、快速原型制作及超硬材料学等领域的新技术,综述了近几年粉末冶金领域中出现的新技术、新工艺,着重介绍了粉末制备新技术、粉末成形新技术、粉末致密化新技术,并针对各种新技术的基本原理、技术特点、应用领域及应用前景进行了深入分析,根据粉末冶金材料的需求,提出了粉末冶金的应用研究和发展方向。 【关键词】:粉末冶金;成形技术;高性能材料;新技术;新材料 The new technology of powder metallurgy explored LI Weidan (Material control class 3; student number:200908013303 ) Abstract:Powder metallurgy is an effective way to produce high performance structure materials and functional materials pans.With the higher requirements of performance and delivery time,there are some new technical developments in areas such as powder forging,powder compacting,powder sintering,powder warty compacting and powder injection forming.Powder metallurgy is finds increasing applications in super -conductors,nonmaterial,high-performance magnetic materials,bioengineering materials,ultra hard materials,micro modules,and functionally graded materials etc.New technologies in powder production。Powder tom-paction,sintering。powder injection molding,rapid prototyping and ultra hard materials etc.are presented.Innovation technology,new procedures and new equipments in the P/M field were reviewed.New technology and new equipment of powder preparation,powder molding and powder densification were mainly introduced.Basic mechanism,technology characteristic,applied areas and its prospect of every innovation technology were deep analyzed.The investigation and development trend of P/M materials were figured out according to their needs.
