内容摘要 随着环境问题的日益加重,节能减排、营造绿色家园、构建和谐社会已然成为当今以及未来中国社会面临和亟待解决的“头等大事”之一。LED照明系列以其长寿命、低能耗的绝对优势得到了环境保护学家们的青睐,加之支持LED行业的政策不断出台,吸引了大批投资者将其资本投入LED市场。然而,LED照明的高成本现状却成为其得到推广的主要阻力,降低制造成本也随即成为了主要问题。 生产效率的提高是每个生产企业多追求的,只有在效率的提高,员工的积极参与前提下才能保证企业的不断进步和提高。现场管理的优化作为其中的重要环节,对于每个生产车间是必不可少的。本文将以天津市中环华祥电子有限公司LED车间为分析对象,根据设施布置及现场管理的相关理论,本文将车间内的各部门布局及生产流水线进行合理调整,使他们组合成一定的空间形式,运用多种方法对其设施布置进行优化设计,从而更为有效地为企业的生产运作服务,以获得更好的经济效果,提高企业效益。 关键词:节能减排; LED照明; 设施布置优化 Abstract With the increasing environmental issues unfold, energy conservation and emission reduction, creating green homes and building a harmonious society has become one of the top priority that needed to be solved in Chinas today and the future. LED lighting series with absolute advantage of its long life, low power consumption has been the Environmental scientists s favorite. Combined with policy which support the LED industry introduced gradually, attracted a large quantities of investors that will its capital investment into the LED market. However, the high-cost status quo of LED lighting series, has become the major resistance of its promotion, reduce manufacturing costs then become the main problem of this area. This article put Tianjin Zhonghuan Huaxiang Electronics Co., Ltd. LED workshop as the objects to analysis , using a variety of methods to optimize the design of its facilities layout in order to achieve the purpose of reducing costs.
