专科毕业论文 论文题目：网络协同办公系统的设计与开发 学生姓名： 学 号： 专 业： 计算机及应用 学 院： 武汉大学计算机学院 指导教师： 摘 要 在现代企业的日常工作中，需要处理大量的公文、报告、报表、数据等各类信息，涉及到多个部门和广泛的合作伙伴。传统的手工处理方式，文件、报表的传递方式和信息的利用方式已经不能满足企业发展的需要，影响了企业领导的决策和业务的发展，迫切需要利用已经拥有的计算机、网络资源，实现企业的信息化，加快内部的信息流通与信息的有效利用。 随着计算机及网络技术的飞速发展，Internet/Intranet应用在全球范围内日益普及很多企业先后都采用各种相互独立的网络系统、应用系统(文档管理，邮件管理，人事管理，销售管理等)，在部分提高了效率的同时，这些系统的相互独立性也为企业的整体管理设置了障碍，它们缺乏一个统一的界面，没有相互连接的信息渠道。孤岛的存在阻碍了企业运作效率的提高，也制约了企业整体执行力的提升。协同就是在这种背景中产生的其目的就是通过企业各个部门、环节的协同运作，使得企业运营效率大大提高，并通过提高效率获得更快的流通速度和交易过程，降低协同过程中的交易成本，节源开流从而提高企业的经济效益和社会效益。Abstract In the daily work of modern enterprises,a lot of information,such as documents, reports, statements, data and so on need to be deal with, involving some departments and various partners.The traditional manual manner, way of transmitting documents and statements and methods of using information have been unable to meet the needs of development of enterprise. It impacts leaders of enterprises making decision and business development, so it is urgent to make full use of the computer and network resources to achieve the enterprise information, speed up the internal flow of information and the effective use of information. With rapid development of the computer network technology, the Internet/Intranet applications on a global scale grow more popular. Many enterprises have used various independent to each other network systems,applications systems. These systems improve the efficiency in part, mutual independence of the overall enterprise management has set up obstacles at the same time. They lack of a unified interface and information channels to connect to each other.
