摘 要 办公室节能作为智能办公和低碳办公的一个核心关键技术,对未来的办公模式提供了明确的方向。在日常办公中,很多电器设备的冗余运行和人为失误造成的资源浪费,使得办公能耗加大、办公成本增加。办公室节能系统的设计变得极其重要。 因此,可以利用现有广泛使用的无线射频技术(RFID),对办公室用电器设备进行有效管理,减少人为参与,尽量避免人为失误带来的资源浪费。通过无线射频技术(RFID)的应用,采用刷卡方式对用电办公设备(如打印机等)和空调等大功率设备的使用的记录和优化管理。刷IC卡信息将记录在电脑数据库中,还可以做考勤管理、门禁管理等扩展功能。 随着无线射频技术的不断发展,设备成本逐渐的降低,可以适用于普通或者大型公司中。减少公司运营成本,提高资源的共享利用率,减少资源的浪费,具有很好的市场前景。 关键字:办公室节能;无线射频技术;资源;IC卡 Abstract Office of Energy-saving is a core and key technologies for intelligent office and low-carbon office. It provides a clear direction for future office model. In daily work, a lot of electric equipment of redundancy operation and human error caused by the waste of resources, it will make the cost of increased energy consumption. Designing office of energy-saving system become extremely important. Therefore, we can use the existing widespread use of radio frequency technology (RFID), and effective management of the office and electrical equipment to reduce human involvement, to avoid human error and waste of resources. Through the application of radio frequency (RFID) technology, the use of records and optimize the management of the credit card on electricity consumption of office equipment (like printers, etc.) and air-conditioning and other power equipment. The credit IC card information will be recorded in a computer database;You can also do the time and attendance management, access control and other extensions. With the continuous development of wireless radio frequency technology and equipment costs decreased, can be applied to the ordinary or large companies. Reduce the companys operating costs; improve the sharing of resources utilization, reducing wastage of resources, with good market prospects.
