第23 卷第2 期 精 细 化 工 Voi. 23 ,No . 2 2 0 0 6 年2 月 FINE CHEMICALS Feb. 2 0 0 6 功能材料 ! - 甲壳质纳米颗粒的制备与热稳定性杂 1 1,2 * 2 2 张 江 ,高善民 ,戴 瑛 ,黄柏标 (1. 烟台师范学院化学与材料科学学院,山东烟台 264025 ;2 . 山东大学 晶体材料国家重点实验室,山东济南 250 100 ) 摘要:鱿鱼软骨为原料,用微乳液与超声技术,在由聚氧乙烯醚、正辛烷和水组成的乳状液中,60 C 超声条件下 酸解,制得 - 甲壳质纳米材料。结果表明,适宜的酸解用酸浓度为1. 2 ~ 2. 2 moi/ L 。采用X 射线衍射(XRD )、红 ! 外光谱(IR )对产物进行了表征。透射电子显微镜(TEM )分析表明,酸的浓度对产物的形貌和粒度有较大影响。 热分析结果表明,- 甲壳质纳米颗粒在200 C 以下是稳定的,随着温度的升高,- 甲壳质纳米颗粒逐步分解,700 ! ! The microemuision was composed of poiyoxyethyiene ether ,octane and water. The resuits indicated that the appropriate acid concentration is 1. 2 ~ 2. 2 moi/ L. The sampies were characterized by means of XRD and IR. TEM anaiysis indicated that the acid concentration affects significantiy the shape and granuiarity of the particies.
