摘要
喷涂车间在进行生产的过程中,散发的粉尘如果不加以控制,会使室内空气受到污染和破坏,危害职工健康,影响生产的正常进行。因此有效地控制生产过程中的粉尘对室内空气的影响和破坏是个非常重要的问题。工业通风就是研究这方面问题的一门技术。本设计为喷涂车间的铝粉处理的通风除尘系统设计。首先根据铝粉粒径的大小和性质选择合适的集气罩和除尘器。然后根据规范和要求进行管道布置。根据工艺计算集气罩尺寸和排风量。确定管径并进行水力计算。最后选择风机型号和功率。

Abstract
In the production process of spray workshop,if not control the emission dust,it can make indoor air environment pollution and destraction ,harmful to works’health,affect the normal production.Therefore,effective control of production process of harmful effect of indoor air and damage is a very important problem.Industrial ventilation is studying this issue of a technology.The design is a ventilation and dust removal system design of aluminum powder treatment in spray workshop.Firstly,select the Appropriate hood and duster,according to the nature and size of the aluminum powder.Secondly,finish piping layout according to the requirement and standard.Calculate the size of the hood and air volume according to the craftwork.Determine the Pipe diameter and conduct the hydraulic calculation .Select the type and power of the fan at last.
