摘要
喷涂车间在进行生产的过程中,散发的粉尘如果不加以控制,
会使室内空气受到污染和破坏,危害职工健康,影响生产的正常
进行。因此有效地控制生产过程中的粉尘对室内空气的影响和破
坏是个非常重要的问题。工业通风就是研究这方面问题的一门技
术。本设计为喷涂车间的铝粉处理的通风除尘系统设计。首先根
据铝粉粒径的大小和性质选择合适的集气罩和除尘器。然后根据
规范和要求进行管道布置。根据工艺计算集气罩尺寸和排风量。
确定管径并进行水力计算。最后选择风机型号和功率。

insprayworkshop.Firstly,selecttheAppropriatehoodand
duster,accordingtothenatureandsizeofthealuminum
powder.Secondly,finishpipinglayoutaccordingtothe
requirementandstandard.Calculatethesizeofthehood
andairvolumeaccordingtothecraftwork.Determinethe
