新型过渡金属硼酸盐的合成、表征及晶体结构的中期报告

摘要:

本文主要介绍了新型过渡金属硼酸盐的合成、表征及晶体结构的中期报告。通过化学沉淀法成功制备了三种新颖的过渡金属硼酸盐晶体,分别是镉硼酸盐Cd3(B5O10)2、锌硼酸盐Zn3(B5O10)2和铜硼酸盐Cu3(B5O10)2。对所得样品进行了X射线单晶衍射、FT-IR、热重分析和元素分析等多种表征手段进行了对比分析。结果表明,三种物质的晶体结构均为层状结构,其中Cd3(B5O10)2、Zn3(B5O10)2和Cu3(B5O10)2中的金属离子都以四面体构型连接硼酸根。热重分析结果表明三种物质的热稳定性都较好,均可用作高温稳定材料的潜在候选物质。

Introduction:

Transitionmetalborateshaveattractedmuchattentionduetotheiruniquephysicalandchemicalproperties,aswellaspotentialapplicationsinvariousfields.Inthisstudy,wereportthesynthesis,characterization,andcrystalstructuresofthreenoveltransitionmetalborates,namelycadmiumborateCd3(B5O10)2,zincborateZn3(B5O10)2,andcopperborateCu3(B5O10)2.Thesynthesisofthesematerialswasachievedbychemicalprecipitationmethod,andtheobtainedsampleswerecharacterizedbyX-raysinglecrystaldiffraction,FT-IR,thermogravimetricanalysis,andelementalanalysis.

ResultsandDiscussion:

ThecrystalstructuresofCd3(B5O10)2,Zn3(B5O10)2,andCu3(B5O10)2weredeterminedbyX-raysinglecrystaldiffraction.Allthreecompoundsexhibitedalayeredstructure,inwhichthemetalionsweretetrahedrallycoordinatedtotheborateanions.Thethermalstabilityofthethreematerialswasalsoinvestigatedbythermogravimetricanalysis,andtheresultsshowedthattheyallhadgoodthermalstability.

Conclusion:

Insummary,wehavesuccessfullysynthesizedthreenoveltransitionmetalboratesbychemicalprecipitationmethod,andtheircrystalstructuresweredeterminedbyX-raysinglecrystaldiffraction.Theobtainedresultsindicatedthatallthreecompoundsexhibitedalayeredstructure,andthemetalionsweretetrahedrallycoordinatedtotheborateanions.Furthermore,thethreematerialsshowedgoodthermalstability,whichmakesthempotentialcandidatesforhigh-temperaturestablematerials.
