PAGE 33 基于生态足迹的土地可持续利用研究——以重庆市为例 摘 要 重庆作为中国五大直辖市之一。自从2009年被确定为“国家统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区”以来,在经济和社会生活的发展建设方面具有一定显著的成效;与此同时其生态环境状况也在不断地遭受到破坏,生态的可持续性发展受到威胁。本文以重庆市为例通过生态足迹的运算方法对重庆市2013年到2017年五生态的足迹、承载力和盈余进行了测算,得到重庆市在2013年生态总的足迹5/hm2,在2017年生态总的足迹为10241 306/hm2,2013年人均生态的盈余情况为0.269645711/hm2,2017年人均生态的盈余情况为0.248535065/hm2。通过得到的结果对重庆市的可持续发展进行了分析,得到了重庆市在2013-2017年间虽然生态环境呈盈余状态、其土地可持续发展程度为中度;但其发展情势却是不容乐观的,生态可持续发展的未来仍承受着巨大的压力的结果。 关键词:生态足迹; 土地; 可持续; 重庆市 Abstract As one of the five municipalities in central Chongqing, it has been a great achievement in economic construction and accelerated urbanization since it was designated as the pilot area for integrated reform of cities and rural areas in 2009. At the same time, ecosystems are constantly destroyed and threatened to sustainable development. Taking Chongqing as an example, this paper calculates the ecological footprint, ecological carrying capacity and ecological surplus of Chongqing from 2013 to 2017 by using the calculation method of ecological footprint model. Chongqings total eco footprint increased from5/hm2 tohm2 in 2017, and the per capita ecosystem surplus fell from 0.269645711/hm2 to 0.248535064/hm2 in 2013.The durative progress of Chongqing was dissected through the summing-up obtained. Chongqings ecological environment is surplus, and its sustainable development is concluded to be mild between 2013 and 2017, its development situation is not optimistic, and the future of ecological sustainable development is still under tremendous pressure.
