北京天坛医院 2005-2009 年降糖药物应用情况分析 黄佳，游远，王莉文，赵志刚* 首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院药剂科，北京 100050 摘要: 目的：研究我院 2005-2009 年降糖药物使用情况和用药趋势。方法：利用我院 HIS 系统对我院 2005-2009 年间降糖药物购入的数量与金额进行统计分析。结果：我院胰岛素和口服降糖药使用量逐年增 加，胰岛素类中以预混人胰岛素比重最大，阿卡波糖和二甲双胍在口服降糖药中的优势很明显，第二代磺 脲类降糖药物格列苯脲已较少应用，而瑞格列奈和格列美脲片的比重逐年上升。结论：我院降糖药使用随 着新型降糖药物的推出和应用于临床而逐渐有相应的变化，临床总体使用情况基本合理。 关键词：糖尿病；胰岛素；口服降糖药 Analysis on the Using Condition of Hypoglycemic Drugs in Beijing Tiantan Hospital from 2005 to 2009 HUANG Jia, YOU Yuan, WANG Li-wen, ZHAO Zhi-gang* Department of pharmacy, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing 100050 Abstract：Obejective：To research on the using condition of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2005 to 2009. Methods: By using of the HIS of our hospital, the number and amount of diabetes medication between 2005-2009 were analyzed.. Results and Conclusions: The purchase quantity of insulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs has increased from 2005 to 2009 year by year. The ratio of premix human insulin is on the first place among consumption of insulins. Besides, the predominance of acarbose and metformin is very clear in the oral hypoglycemic drugs. Second-generation sulfonylureas glibenclamide has been rarely used, while the ratio of repaglinide and glimepiride has increased year by year. With the introduction of new hypoglycemic drugs and their clinical application, there has been a corresponding change on the hypoglycemic drugs use in our hospital. The using condition of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable.
