临沂大学2012届本科毕业论文 PAGE 4 PAGE 2 2012届 分 类 号： 单位代码：10452 题目：小三号宋体加粗，居中本科毕业论文 题目：小三号宋体加粗，居中 临沂大学乒乓球专项学生裁判工作能力分析与研究 姓 名 学 号 年 级 专 业 系 （院） 体育学院 指导教师 2011年 12月10日 PAGE 11 摘 要 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等，对我院乒乓球专项学生裁判工作能力的现状进行了调查研究，结果表明：部分乒乓球专项学生裁判员对理论知识掌握还不够熟练，裁判控制能力相对较弱，组织比赛，参加裁判实践的机会少，就此上述问题提出改善与提高的措施: 充分利用动机的作用; 加大裁判相关理论知识学习提高乒乓球专项学生在执裁中控制内心情绪的能力;改变当前裁判课教学方式，将理论与实践紧密结合;增加裁判实践锻炼机会。 关键词：临沂大学；乒乓球专项学生；裁判能力 ABSTRACT This paper using literature, questionnaire, interview,mathematical statistics and other methods. Table tennis in our hospital the status of student judges the ability to work were investigated, the results pointed out: some of the special student table tennis.Referee is not enough to master the theoretical knowledge skilled, relatively weak spot judging control, organizational competition, and fewer opportunities to participate in referee practice, this last issue to improve and enhance the corresponding measures: Make full use of the role of motivation;Increase the relevant theoretical knowledge learning enhances the ping pong special students in judging control inner emotional capacity; change the current referee teaching way, will combine the theory and practice; increasing the practice and training opportunities.
